hey, friends! mind lend me a bit of time and pin in a few words?
it doesnt matter how long you have known me..
what are the strengths that you can see in me and the areas that I can improve ? (are there any teacher personalities that you can see in me?)
Dont be afraid to be honest.. I need your ideas to help me with one of my writings. :) really appreciate it if you could just help drop a word or 2 to help me out with this... thanks heaps! =)

I think that you will have no problem being loved & liked by your students.
I'm sure you will be kind-hearted, considerate & hardworking too.
But I think that you may have problems of frustration & burnout because you may not be able to say no to the sudden chunk of responsibilities dumped on your lap.
Also I think that you may take student disobedience too much to heart.
However, I'm pretty sure you'll find your way out of your frustrations come wisdom, experience & grace.
